Event Room Details:

Designed for both intimate moments and large-scale energy, The Event Room features a ceiling-mounted cinema screen with an HD laser projector, a powerful DJ-ready sound system, and a modular stage that adapts effortlessly to your vision. Guests are seated at custom fabricated farm tables paired with black Tolix chairs, comfortably accommodating up to 250 for a refined dinner or 350 in dynamic theater-style seating.

Moody, sophisticated, and intentionally curated, this is the ideal setting for modern weddings, creative corporate experiences, immersive brand activations, private dinners, and forward-thinking celebrations.

Event Room Features:

  • Vehicle Access: A massive 12' x 12' elephant loading door allowing direct vehicle drive-on access for easy load-ins or car displays.

  • Rigging & Architecture: 18-foot vaulted ceilings with natural skylights (blackout capability included) and four structural rigging points capable of supporting 5,000 lbs (2.5 tons) each.

  • Audio/Visual Tech: A ceiling-mounted HD digital laser projector with a 14' x 8' drop-down screen, an AV wall with a 70-inch HD monitor, and a DJ-ready house sound system.

  • Staging: An included 16' x 16' x 2' modular stage.

  • Turnkey Seating Package: 32 custom-fabricated wooden farmhouse tables (8' x 30") and 275 modern metal Tolix chairs.

  • Included Event Furniture: 2 bead board bars, 1 DJ booth, 2 upholstered sofas, shelving units, and 11 decorative trees.

  • Restrooms: Spacious 3-stall men's and women's restrooms.
